• Our adult classes

During term-time, we teach adult classes one or two times a week (for the latest timetable, please see our homepage).

Although most of our students join at the beginning of the academic year in October, we welcome new students at any point in the year. We provide all training equipment, but please see the checklist below for what you’ll need to bring with you.

What you need to bring to your first class:

    • £7 for insurance
    • A bottle of water
    • Some comfortable sports clothes (preferably a red t-shirt and black trousers)
    • Before your first class, you also need to fill out our insurance form

    Class location

Acer Nethercott hall, Iffley Sports Centre

    Fees

When you attend training for the first time, we ask for £7 to cover insurance costs. You can then attend 1 session for free.

The training fees are £45 per term.
